The staff here were really helpful and the location is just stunning and amazing. I especially enjoyed dinners at the restaurant - they served up some really good, simple dishes that hit the spot! 🌟

The location offered was great and stunning just off central Dinan and the canal and helpful staff. Furthermore, on the other side of the river or at the bakery. Our room was quiet and perfect complete with excellent views, a nice powerful shower plus tea/coffee, great value for money compared to other hotels. The breakfast was nice hot and very good with food-both hot, lovely river views and also good coffee, no complains at all.

Hotel everything very comfortable, big room, bathroom, big and comfortable beds

Breakfast was excellent and worth its price. The parking lots are a valuable "nice to have" and the location at the Rance below the city is beautiful.

The carpet in the room is problematic.

The breakfast at Mercure Dinan Port Le Jerzual is varied and very good, with delicious hot food and coffee served by welcoming staff. I recommend choosing the queen room with a balcony or garden terrace for a pleasant stay in Dinan.

TOP location at the harbour, not far from the old town, private car park. Breakfast . rich for french conditions, room and bathroom is ok.

Very quiet location. Short distances to the village and restaurants.

The food options were plentiful and delicious, the room was modern and recently updated with a spacious private bathroom.

Rooms were beautifully and functionally furnished and air conditioned. The bathroom was also very clean. Since it was very hot during our stay, we also used the pool in the inner courtyard. Towels were provided. Parking lot was big. We could communicate well with English in the hotel. Beautiful view from the terrace to the river. . . Breakfast was sufficient and I think it was quite ok.

The footpath to the old town is very nice, but very steep.

We booked a quiet room with fridge as well as good facilities. The location was riverside, so close to the Old Port and river and Restaurants in the port and Dinan Harbour and Resteraunts.

This place offered great value for money, was spotlessly clean, with incredibly helpful staff, and I really enjoyed my comfortable room.

Super location at the water/ harbour with terrace and swimming pool, room size approx. 25-28 sqm ... Bath size absolutely o.k. . Footpath to the city about 10 to 15 minutes a little uphill.

If anything, breakfast at Mercure in Caen was a little better.

The hotel is in need of a refurbishment. Please let me know when this hotel has been refurbished and brought up to a reasonable standard as would like to stay again and I have stayed in the past but the hotel is nut up to standard as one would expect!!!

Good location, staff pleasant and accommodating.

Dirty carpets; wallpaper coming off; dirty marks on walls; no food served on Sunday or Monday evenings; no Bar snacks. Shower tray very slippery needs updating, had to purchase rubber mat for lady of 92 years as the shower was not safe to stand in! No instruction in room for Telephone, how to operate the shower, or operate the window, or times of breakfast served etc.
